Yes! As the situation with COVID-19 evolves from day to day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our customers and community. Our staff is here each and every day and available to assist you. Most orders are currently shipping out within 1-2 business days.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We are a family-owned business based in Springfield Missouri. All of orders ship via United States Postal Service. Due to current events, you may experience a delay in your shipment delivery with USPS that is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, for more information regarding postal delays please visit www.USPS.com.  International customers please note that due to COVID-19 the postal system worldwide is currently experiencing significant delivery delays with some packages and some countries are currently not accepting mail so please check to make sure your country is accepting mail prior to ordering. Due to this unforseen delays, we will not be issuing refunds for delayed packages.

At Beautiful Photo Props, taking care of both the community and our customers is important to us. We have voluntarily isolated ourselves from the public since early March, we practice proper hand washing protocol and sanitize all work areas and shipping stations along with wearing gloves when packaging orders.

Keeping our customers and their little newborns safe is our top goal and you can rest assured that all necessary measures are being taken by us to do so.
