Payment & Shipping Info

What types of payment do you accept?
Beautiful Photo Props accepts the following payment methods for your photo prop order:
  • Most major credit/debit cards
  • PayPal (to pay with PayPal, choose the PayPal button at checkout)

Do you have a minimum order amount?

No. Order as many or few products as you need.

Will I receive an order confirmation after my order is placed?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation via email immediately after payment is made which includes current turnaround times.  If you wish to cancel your order it must be done within 4 hours of your purchase (cancellations after this time are at our discretion and will incur a 25% restocking fee).

 

Shipping Questions

How will my order be shipped?

Beautiful Photo Props uses USPS for most orders. The USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.

 

Where all do you ship?

We ship world-wide! Just select your country when checking out and shipping costs will be calculated automatically. We ship most international orders via USPS First Class Mail (usually 7-14 days worldwide, though in rare instances packages may take as long as 8-12 weeks to arrive if a package is delayed).  All packages shipping within the US will have tracking included, packages shipping internationally will include either a tracking number (if shipped Priority International) or customs number.  Because international packages do not include insurance, by placing your order you agree that you will not hold Beautiful Photo Props responsible for any package that is lost in transit that has shipped outside of the US. If you are outside of the US please be sure to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery and also be sure to check with Customs prior to contacting us about your order in case they are holding it for collection of duties and/or taxes (we do not pay taxes or duties as this is the responsibility of the buyer).  Please Note:  On international packages the USPS only allows up to a certain size package. In the event that your order  is too large to be shipped together we may have to split your order into two orders.  If this happens we may have to charge additional shipping to cover the cost and will email you to collect the remaining amount.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). Occasionally larger orders and orders containing made to order items such as crochet/knit items, headbands or nests may take up to 7 business days to ship but we do work most days of the week and strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. 

In the event that you need your order shipped immediately we do have Rush Ordering and Express Mail options available. All orders upgraded to Rush and/or Express will be shipped within 24 business hours.

Do you ship outside the United States? 

Yes, we happily ship all of our items worldwide (with the exception of the nests, we cannot ship those to Australia/New Zealand through the website but you can contact us for payment instructions).

Do you accept returns?
It is our goal to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase but understand that this may not always be the case. Please keep in mind that photographers use various lighting techniques in their photo shoots which may show the coloring of the item a little differently but we try to include a photo if possible that shows the true color, therefore we cannot accept returns based on color differences. Also, because these are items that are placed on newborn babies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package we mail has been opened without prior approval.  Unopened packages may be returned with a 25% restocking fee charged (this covers the time it took to make your items) and no refund on shipping.  If your item is damaged please contact us for return instructions, the original packaging must accompany the return no exceptions.  If you must cancel an order prior to shipping you must do so within 24 hours, canceling after the 24 hours but prior to shipping will be charged a 25% restocking fee to cover the time it took to make your items.  Thank you so much for your understanding :)
What if I don't receive my order?
If for some reason your order does not make it please contact us, we will attempt to locate it for you.  Please note:  If your package tracking shows that the package has been delivered we cannot file an insurance claim or issue a refund.

 

Do you offer freebies?

Sorry, but we do not offer freebies. From time to time we do have giveaways on our Facebook Fan Page so be sure to follow us on Facebook to receive special announcements on giveaways and sales.

 

Are your items safe for babies?
We use the softest and safest yarns to make our items.  Most of our items are mainly used in newborn photo sessions and are not meant for every day use. 

Where are your products made?
Most of our items are made by our family in Springfield MO and are made to order with the exception of the items in our Ready to Ship sections.

Can I use your website material or images?

I strongly recommend that you use your own material and images.All of the content and images on this website are the sole property of Beautiful Photo Props and cannot be copied or used for another business or website. 

Disclaimer: Please do not leave infants unattended when using our props.  Most of the items on this site are designed to be used by experienced photographers as photo props and not as every day wear and may pose a hazard to newborns if left unattended. Beautiful Photo Props cannot be held responsible for failure to comply with this disclaimer.
